- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2018-03-27, by Craig NisbetSimple order for three 13 cm aluminium gravestone vases turned into a joke. Order did arrive - tops did not fit vase (quite simply they was not a match) - reported problem and "lads" in the warehouse said that's how they got them from their supplier. Not really my problem. They tried lids and then suggested, via sales desk, that if I bend them a bit round the sides then they might fit. They claimed they may have been flattened out during transit to their warehouse, ha ha. Anyway sales said they would speak to "lads" in the warehouse again - that was two weeks ago. Must be a big warehouse!! If you don't want someone having a joke at your expense then avoid this lot.
