I do go to Costa in my home town a fair bit, but on my 2 nd visit in 3 wks in the Newton Abbot branch service seemed to be with a forced smile or not at all, the toast that was ordered arrived cold, but with 4 butters that was a bit tedious to spread, but again with just 1 meezly pot of peanut (also hard). On a positive side for them it was busy so they must be doing something right. I would rate my local branch in Paignton a 5 so also a positive.
